Structural Logic Design

The PI (Soobum Lee) developed a Matlab-Simulink based tool for a structural logic assembly which aims at structural system analysis/design for modern military platforms and buildings to adapt to varying loads and simultaneously exhibit both high stiffness and high damping. This tool finds the optimal solution using genetic algorithm which requires plenty of function analysis, and HPC facility will help speeding up this design task. Usage Level: About a week run by parallel computing w/ 5 cores will find an optimum solution. May require multiple runs.
