Retrieval of aerosol microphysical properties from extinction and backscatter measurements from multiwavelength Raman Lidar

The problem of retrieving microphysical properties(such as size distribution, refractive index and effective radius) from optical data is a severely ill-posed problem that require regularization methods to stabilize the solution space. In this project we will try different methods to accomplish that.
